Please check back later for information about the 2015 conference.

Student Work Exchange –

40% off your SNAG conference registration fee

Work six hours at the conference and receive a refund of 40% off the student member conference rate. This is a fantastic opportunity to volunteer for SNAG, receive a large discount off already discounted student member rates, and to be a part of the conference! Only 25 spaces are available, on a first-come, first-served basis. We will also have a wait list.

You must be a current SNAG student member, and your membership must remain current through the conference. Any student member who is enrolled as a matriculating student in a college program is eligible (part-time or full-time).

Students who make the work exchange list must register for the conference during the early registration period.
Refunds will be processed after the conference ends and your work commitment has been verified.

Work done in exchange will vary, but may include things such as checking for badges at the entrances to lectures, assisting with conference registration, exhibition crawls, or assisting others at various conference events. Work is often done when lectures and other programs are not running.

SNAG is not responsible for undelivered emails, delays, spam filters, or other unforeseen issues that impact your receipt and ability to respond to the announcement. Note that we receive hundreds of responses and spaces are filled by the order they are received in our email inbox. Emails sent in advance of the announcement will not be accepted.
